DIY supplies leader B&Q has launched Reserve and Collect In Store. Here's how it works:
1. You check the range and stock in their selected store. Reserve & Collect is available in the majority of B&Q stores.
2. Add items to your shopping list as normal.
3. From the shopping list, choose to reserve items available in the local store.
4. We will then ask for your name and contact details to reserve the stock.
5. You will be provided with a reference number to take to the store. The products will be ready for collection the following day.
6. To make it easy – you can ask any member of staff in store and they will retrieve the products.
