Lady GaGa Wins International Breakthrough at The Brits
Lady GaGa has won International Breakthrough Act at The Brit Awards 2010. Wearing a white lace outfit which included a lace mask with flower details, and a giant blond hairpiece, Lady GaGa thanked her manager, family and friends when accepting her award.
