Jenson Button was the winner of the Turkish Grand Prix, his sixth win out of seven races for the Brawn Team. Button was able to pass Sebastian Vettel when the Red Bull driver made a driving error on the first lap and ran wide on Turn Nine. Meanwhile reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton finished in 13th for McLaren. As was commented upon in the BBC coverage, it is almost incredible how different this year has been for Hamilton, but polite as ever the talented young driver even wished the guys at the front all the best in a pre-race interview. What is in no doubt is that Britain has some very talented racing drivers at the moment and Button deserves his success, but it would be nice to see Lewis's McLaren become more competitive so that we can have Brits battling over the championship.
