Man Utd have accepted an £80 million bid for Ronaldo from Real Madrid, who now have permission to talk to the talented player to agree personal terms with him. If Ronaldo does go, it will be a sad loss to Manchester United, as his play can be nothing short of breathtaking. A spokesman for the Glazer family, who own Manchester United, said "It was purely a football decision and had nothing to do with the financial structure of the club." Given Alex Ferguson's talent at finding new footballing stars, the £80 million should bring in some exciting new faces at the club.
